Notes

A soft, powdery gourmand built around a perfumery favorite: Tonka Bean. Its natural undertones further drawn out with nutty, powdery Almond and sweet, vanilla-like Benzoin for an enveloping, indulgent finish.

Here's how this scent will develop:

Almond Oil

Soft and nutty.

Cardamom

A warm, vibrant spice.

Sandalwood

A warm, creamy wood.

Magnolia

A sweet and creamy scent with a slightly spicy aroma.

Tonka Bean

A nutty, sweet spice similar to Vanilla or Toasted Almond.

Soft, warm and reminiscent of Vanilla.

How to fill your travel spray?

The 100ml bottle comes capped. Easily remove the cap and attach the included funnel to fill the empty 10ml bottle for a convenient, travel-sized option.

Are these the same fragrances?

Yes! The Archive fragrances are now part of the new Editions Collection, so we've updated their packaging to match, but they still contain the same fragrances that you know and love.

Why are they limited to a drop?

These are exclusive to our New York flagship store. However, we specially make them available online with limited-time drops twice a year. Make sure you're signed-up to our emails to get notified of our next drop.

    Tonka is two thumbs up!

    Tonka is a beautiful scent for the upcoming colder months. It’s soft and powdery, super cozy and soft scent. I can definitely see myself wearing this alone or layering with another scent. It’s a very versatile scent!

    I like it, but totally not what I expected

    To me, this scent leans heavily into baby powder, crisp linen, fresh cotton, and other clean, laundry-like notes. I was hoping for something warmer and slightly sweeter, with a vanilla-like gourmand quality or even some almond facets, but I didn't get much of that from my experience.

    That said, it's a pleasant fragrance and unlike anything else in my current rotation. My husband absolutely loves it wearing it too. It just wasn't what I expected based on my previous experiences with tonka scents.

    Powdery Take on Tonka

    Definitely not the usual sweet, warm tonka notes. This one leans fresh and powdery, but with just enough sweetness to balance the talcum scent. Nothing remarkable, but a safe blind buy and versatile layering scent.
