Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Standard Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free for orders over 135€. For orders of 135€ and under, Standard shipping costs vary based on zone. This Standard shipping will take about 2-5 business days, not including order processing time.

Expedited Shipping Fees

Regardless of the order amount, Expedited shipping costs 15-20€ depending on zone. The Express shipping will take up to 2 business days, not including order processing time.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

* Please note that shipments to island destinations and Ireland may experience longer delivery times due to additional transit requirements and logistics.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all countries within the EU and to Switzerland: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 

 

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping. If you do not see your country listed above, please visit our international site: www.CommodityFragrances.com

 

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and/or to to APO/FPO addresses

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
