Shipping Options
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage inventory and be responsible for fulfilling and shipping your order.
Standard Shipping
Free on orders over €135
For orders €135 and under, rates vary by shipping zone
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (excluding processing time)
Expedited Shipping
€15–€20 depending on shipping zone
Estimated delivery: up to 2 business days (excluding processing time)
If you select expedited shipping, we will follow up after your order is placed with any additional shipping details.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
* Please note that shipments to island destinations and Ireland may experience longer delivery times due to additional transit requirements and logistics.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
We deliver to most countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
*Due to customs regulations, we no longer ship to the Canary Islands or Malta.
Please note that orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, and our system does not pause fulfillment while requests are reviewed. Once an order has begun processing for shipment, we are unable to make changes, including address updates or cancellations, and cannot place orders on hold.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including when using express payment methods such as,Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, as these may auto-fill saved addresses.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package. We do recommend reaching out to the carrier. They may be able to assist with rerouting the package or by marking it as “Return to Sender.” While we are unable to guarantee that an address change can be made once the shipment is in transit, this is typically the most effective option after processing has begun

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of the delivery date.
Before reaching out, please:
-Wait 1–2 business days, as carriers may mark items as delivered before they arrive
-Check with anyone at your address, neighbours, your safe place, or your local post office
-Review your tracking details, including any delivery confirmation or photo
-If a signature was required, please confirm whether the name shown matches someone at your address or nearby.
We rely on the same tracking information provided by the carrier. For additional details, please review your tracking on the carrier’s website. As all orders are shipped via our fulfilment partner, we may require additional information to proceed with a claim or investigation with the relevant carrier. You may be asked to complete a Denial of Receipt form and provide details such as the contents of your order.
Orders confirmed lost or undelivered are eligible for replacement only. Reshipments must be sent to the original shipping address and are considered final sale.
By accepting a replacement, you waive the right to a monetary refund. If the replacement is returned, store credit will be issued instead.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and/or to to APO/FPO addresses
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
